Thomas Fan obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the Fu-Jen Catholic University, Taiwan. Later, he studied Theology at l'Universite Catholique d'Angers, France and History of Social Economic at l'Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales, Paris, France. In 1986, he was a Visiting Scholar at the Hoover Institution of Stanford University.
In 1990, Mr. Fan received his Juris Doctor from the School of Law of University of Akron, Ohio and he is admitted to practice in District of Columbia.
Mr. Fan provides legal service in helping scientists, researchers and high-tech professionals seeking permanent residence through the National Interest Waiver petition. He has successfully represented numerous people in recent years and has a promising record of high approval rates. |
